PROGRAM 2008
The theme for 2008 : Hope Now! This
year, the March for Jesus
in Strasbourg has been placed within the wider project of "Hope
Now", conducted by the evangelism network "Hope for Europe
/ Espoir pour l’Europe", which brings together Christian
churches and movements of the East of France, in collaboration with
European partners. The goal: it is to witness together of our hope in Jesus Christ, towards our fellow citizens! This march is not to make demands, but to witness peacefully and joyfully, in the public square, about our personal knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Christians from the East of France, from Germany and from farther away, this event is an exceptional experience for you to live, in Strasbourg, on Saturday 31 May 2008, from 14.00 to 18.00 Beginning: we will meet at 14.00, at the Place de l'Etoile (see below the practical information to park your car easily and to reach the Place de l'Etoile) Before setting off on the March, we will have a time of prayer together, to intercede for the newly elected political authorities of the city and urban district (Communauté urbaine) of Strasbourg, whose administrative headquarters are situated at the Place de l’Etoile. Then we will set off, with the PULSE stomps and six trucks carrying musical groups, with one German musical group around which German-speaking people will be able to gather. During the March through the streets of Strasbourg, there will be times of prayer, animations, choreographies,… A the arrival place, there will be a great evangelistic concert by the group PROCLAME !, who is a partner of "Hope Now!".
